The latest appointments and promotions in the global market research and consumer insight industry. This week: The Research Partnership, PensionDCisions, Herbert Research, Product Perceptions, InsightsNow, G&S Research, Acumen, PharmaGems, GfK Business & Technology, Synovate and Chime.
Pharma research agency The Research Partnership has hired PEI LI TEH as a research manager in its Singapore office. She joins the agency after a three-year spell with Kantar Healthcare where she was most recently senior research executive.
CLAIRE KINNEY and TOM HIGGENS have joined US investment analysis firm PensionDCisions as senior lead analyst. Miller previously led that analytics department at TNS’ Barcelona office and Higgens joins from market analysis agency CACI.
Full service US agency Hebert Research has appointed T. RON DAVIS as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Davis has founded three companies during his career, as well as having spells with Microsoft and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Product Perceptions in the UK has hired MANPREET DEWITT as research executive and TAMARA SYKES as trainee research executive. Dewitt previously held a similar role with Camelot while Sykes is a recent graduate.
US product innovation research agency InsightsNow has appointed three account executives – JANICE GOGERTY, ELLEN SCHERR and EILEEN ROZIC. Gogerty joins from Nabisco Foods, Scherr from Datamonitor and Rozic from Aquent.
LAURA ASPLING has been promoted from project manager to senior project manager at healthcare research agency G&S Research in the US. The firm has also promoted SARA MELCHI, who joined last year as an intern, to associate analyst.
UK fieldwork agency Acumen has appointed ELLI PEAKE as quantitative field manager. She joins the company from Morris Hargreaves McIntyre where she was a field manager.
ALLAN BOWDITCH and KATHRYN JONES have joined PharmaGems, the UK business that provides investment to healthcare market research agencies. Bowditch will join the firm’s board and Jones will serve as an advisor to the board.
GfK Technology in the US has rebranded as GfK Business & Technology and opened a new office in San Francisco. Vice president of consulting TILMAN ROTBERG has been given the task of leading the new office.
HEIDI FARNLUCHER has been appointed associate director within the consumer goods team at Synovate in the UK. She joins from L’Oréal UK where she was market research manager.
Chime in the UK has beefed up its Research & Engagement division with a trio of new appointments. JESSICA SNOW has been hired as a research executive within the financial services practice at Opinion Leader and AMY OHTA and MARTYNA PODSTAWA have joined the group’s fast-track graduate training scheme.
