The latest appointments and promotions in the global market research and consumer insight industry. This week: Millward Brown Firefly, The Research Partnership, InsightsNow, Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing and Soup.

Millward Brown Firefly, the agency’s qualitative division, has appointed VANESSA MORRISON as senior account director and ANNA KELLERMAN as account director in Australia. Morrison has previously worked with DDB in Australia and Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper in the UK. Kellerman has previously held roles with Millward Brown Firefly and Galileo Kaleidoscope as well as starting her own brand consultancy.

Pharma MR specialist The Research Partnership has appointed PHILIPPE POULIOT as associate director in its Philadelphia office and KAY HUEY LOH as a research director in Singapore. Pouliot has spent time working on the clientside with Air Canada before taking agency roles with Synovate and Genactis. Loh, meanwhile, has had spells in the healthcare divisions of both Synovate and TNS.

US product development research agency InsightsNow has promoted NORM GALVIN to executive vice president from vice president of sales. Galvin has been with the firm since 2008.

Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing in the US has promoted JEFF SIMPSON to senior vice president of marketing strategy and customer insight. He has been with the firm for two years after joining from Belk Department Stores where he was vice president of marketing.

Australian word-of-mouth agency Soup has added ANGHARAD MOIR to its research and insights team. Moir was previously in the research department of consumer organisation Choice.
