Penn Schoen Berland hires Omero to lead public affairs practice

US — Democratic pollster and strategist Margie Omero has joined research-based consultancy Penn Schoen Berland (PSB) as executive vice president.

Omero will lead the US public affairs practice, focusing on expanding PSB’s political and policy work in Washington, DC and throughout the US. Prior to joining, Omero was managing director of Purple Insights, the research division of Purple Strategies. Before that, she was founder and president of Momentum Analysis, a Democratic polling firm she founded in 2001. 

"PSB has a strong heritage in politics and public affairs, and Margie is a great addition to our team," said Curtis Freet, CEO of PSB.

"She brings exceptional experience to PSB and will help ensure that we continue to offer best-in-class political and public affairs research to our clients." 

Omero is based in Washington, DC.
