Passenger hires Gaurav Bhalla as chief innovation officer

US— Online community builder Passenger has hired former TNS man Gaurav Bhalla as chief innovation officer.

Bhalla has served as a strategic adviser to Passenger since early 2008, while also working as CEO at customer intelligence firm Knowledge Kinetics.

Earlier in his career he served as global innovation director at TNS and was president of G. Bhalla & Associates, a research consultancy he founded for the pharmaceutical, financial, telecoms and technology sectors.

At Passenger, he will focus on providing insights around customer collaboration, co-creation, market research and innovation while working with the company’s client services, business development and product teams.

Passenger CEO Bahram Nour-Omid said: “We are extremely excited about Gaurav joining the Passenger team. He has a wealth of knowledge in innovation and ideation and will further develop Passenger’s approach to community-driven innovation.”
