Panintelligence partners with Booq
Booq is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, and will embed Panintelligence’s Pi dashboard into its system as part of the deal. The companies said this would allow Booq to better analyse customer data from its platform.
The Dutch firm’s software system switches transactions from a cash register to any hand-held device, as well as digitalising processes such as workforce scheduling, kitchen management systems or table reservations.
Panintelligence’s Pi software combines a dashboard and reporting function with predictive modelling to work across BI and data analysis.
Hans Gringhuis, chief technology officer at Booq, said: “We wanted to bolster our BI and analytics capabilities to meet the increasing demand from customers and so decided to work with an analytics software specialist rather than enhance what we had written ourselves.
“Panintelligence’s three-in-one dashboard, reporting and predictive modelling platform met our requirements.”
Ken Miller, chief technology officer at Panintelligence, said: “Since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, the global economy is shifting decisively to the cloud and BI technology that makes sense of data and can exploit it has become absolutely essential for success.”
