Ian Bellerby has joined the company as head of brand tracking and comms, based in Sydney.

Bellerby was previously director at Fiftyfive5, where he led brand and communications tracking. He began his career at Millward Brown in the UK before moving to Australia in 2011.

At Palladium, Bellerby will focus on growing the agency’s tracking capability, while leading its expansion in Australia and strengthening local client relationships.

The company has also appointed Josh Thomas-Goodey as director. His background spans qualitative and quantitative research in agency and client-side roles in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Based in New Zealand, Thomas-Goodey will help to expand the company’s qualitative capability and expand its presence in the government sector.

Palladium was founded in 2025 by former Fiftyfive5 executives Richard Hall and Steph Karayannis.

Richard Hall, founding partner, Palladium Insight, said: “Palladium is focused on accelerating its growth across Apac, building a stronger presence in key markets and investing in the senior leadership needed to scale with purpose. This next phase in the agency’s evolution is about establishing a more meaningful footprint on the ground in new markets and driving sustained international expansion.

“The appointment of Ian and Josh comes as Palladium continues to build momentum across ANZ, with an expanding client base and an increased focus on delivering high-impact, locally led insights.”
