Orlo launches integrated CRM platform
The new platform offers clients one view of customers’ interactions across online customer care, web chat and various social media channels, with the aim of improving ‘customer understanding, satisfaction and value'.
The service also allows customer and marketing teams to work more closely together using one system.
Retailer Ocado is one of the first companies to implement the platform. Other Orlo clients include Iceland, Laura Ashley, Hiscox and National Express.
Birmingham-based SocialSignIn was founded in 2012, rebranding as Orlo this year.
