Nunwood reports first half growth

UK — The customer experience management consultancy, Nunwood, has posted 23% year-on-year growth for the first half of 2014 as revenues reach £5.3 million.

This compares with revenues of £4.3m in the first half of 2013. New client wins including TSB, Google and mobile devices giant Microsoft (formerly Nokia) have helped the consultancy’s performance this year. In addition, it has extended its long-term relationships with other clients such as RBS, British Airways, Staples (USA) and Suncorp Bank (Australia).

The firm has made a number of investments to strengthen its offering including £1m into its Fizz: Experience Management™ reporting technology and £330,000 into its Customer Experience Excellence Centre – a thinktank dedicated to researching global best practice in experience management.
