Nunwood makes series of appointments

UK — Customer experience management firm Nunwood has made a series of appointments in London and Sydney following a number of business wins.

Victoria Gamble (pictured) has been appointed as insight manager of Nunwood’s Sydney office having set up WorkINProgress Qualitative Research and also sat as NSW committee chairperson of the Australian Market and Social Research Society.

Serene Chan moves from Ferrero International in Hong Kong to Nunwood’s London office as a senior insight executive while Matthew Fletcher joins from TNS and will take a senior role coordinating delivery of international customer exeperience measurement (CEM) measurement work.

Helen Brown has also been appointed as a senior insight executive, having been a research executive at MMR Research Worldwide.

The appointments follow new business wins, including British Airways and the Post Office in the UK and Suncorp Bank & Insurance in Australia.

“It’s pleasing to see that we’re attracting high performers in the CEM space, capable of delivering the most effective programme available in the market, to some of the biggest brands in the world,” said Nunwood managing director, Phil Rushfirth.
