Together the two companies have annual revenue of €40m, with 160 employees and 21 offices in 10 European countries.
For Norstat, the deal marks “an important milestone” in its European expansion, the company said. It began life in Norway in 1997 and has since gone on to build a presence in all the Nordic and Baltic markets, as well as Poland.
