Norstat rebrands three recent acquisitions

Norstat said that bringing the three businesses under the Norstat branding would help finalise their integration into the wider organisation.
Brazil-headquartered data collection business Offerwise was acquired by Norstat at the beginning of 2026, while Czech panel provider National Sample was bought in March. Dutch business-to-business and business-to-consumer sample firm Sample Solutions joined Norstat in the summer of 2025.
The combined business has added to Norstat’s global footprint and production capacity, with the company now having panels of 14 million respondents across 45 countries in Europe and the Americas.
Erling Eriksen, chief executive at Norstat, said: “Together, these acquisitions rank among the largest in our history and represent some of the most significant integrations our team has undertaken.
“Bringing these businesses together under one brand marks the successful completion of integration and creates a strong foundation for the next phase of our growth.”
Graciella Garmann, chief commercial officer at Norstat, added: “We are now well placed to combine the strength of our local teams with the scale and capabilities of a global organisation, giving clients a consistent Norstat experience.”
