Norstat acquires Dutch B2B sample company Sample Solutions

NORWAY – Data collection services business Norstat has acquired business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer sample firm Sample Solutions for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition will expand Norstat’s access to B2B respondents across Europe, as well as expanding the range of products available to clients.

Sample Solutions is based in Rotterdam and was founded in 2010, focusing on providing sampling tools for online/offline and mixed-mode methods, and specialising in hard-to-reach target groups.

The deal will see Sample Solutions accelerate the rollout of its B2B digital recruitment platform, which will be made available for all Norstat clients.

The company’s B2B telephone sampling services, which support over 250 projects annually, will continue at full capacity, and Sample Solutions will also extend its probability panel Lifepanel into new markets.

Carsten Broich will continue as managing director at Sample Solutions, reporting directly to Norstat chief executive Erling Eriksen.
