CYPRUS— Former Synovate researcher Raoufeh Kemal has launched a new boutique agency, Insight Scouts, which will cover the Middle East, North Africa and Central and Eastern Europe.
Kemal (pictured) was previously a research manager at Synovate and also had a spell with MEMRB, where she managed projects across 13 markets.
Insight Scouts offers clients a range of qual and quant research, data collection and quality control services, including mystery shopping, attitudinal segmentation studies, brand image studies, ad pre-testing and customer satisfaction programmes.
Kemal said: “Our team has broad expertise in partnering with global, regional and local clients – not only major brands and corporations but also some of the world’s best known market research agencies. We are especially skilled in coordinating large-scale, multi-country quantitative and qualitative projects.”
