UK – As part of a shift to focus on customer loyalty and purchasing behaviour insight, independent insight agency Network Research is renaming as Motif.
It has extended its product and services portfolio with the launch of a Loyalty Framework to help clients decode loyalty, identify loyalty triggers and to help grow their businesses and build closer customer relationships.
Virginia Monk (pictured), managing director of Motif said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for our business. We believe that defining, identifying and analysing customer loyalty is increasingly central to brand performance. Various studies have proved that loyalty matters when it comes to customer retention and profit. Loyal customers drive positive word of mouth and recommendation.”
