UK – Loyalty insights agency Motif has appointed Amanda Boote as new business director and made two appointments within its insights team.
Boote (pictured) joins Motif from MetrixLab, where she was a market research consultant. She has previously held roles at Beano Studios, Circle Research and Big Sofa.
Boote’s background experience includes working with clients in the technology, digital, home entertainment, gaming and FMCG sectors.
Chris Hall, commercial director, Motif, said: “Amanda’s experience and expertise fit perfectly with our strategy for delivering ground-breaking insight and powering business success for our clients. Amanda will play a critical part in driving continued growth for the business and adding more value to more clients.”
The company has also appointed Chloe Kent as insight manager and Magdalena Paczocha as insight executive.
Kent began her research career at HIM prior to joining Kantar, where she was client manager. Part of Motif’s custom team, she will work on some of the agency’s largest accounts.
Paczocha will be responsible for the day-to-day management of many Motif clients. She joins from Unesco, where she managed a team of early-career researchers.
Virginia Monk, managing director, Motif, said: “We are delighted to welcome Chloe and Magdalena. Their skills will help further strengthen our insights offering and delivery to our clients. Their broader expertise will also contribute well to our continued growth.”
