UK – Loyalty insights agency Motif – previously known as Network Research – has appointed Razor Research’s Nat Hester as head of qualitative.
Hester (pictured) was previously research director at Razor Research, focusing on FMCG, alcohol, retail, cosmetics, broadcasting and travel industries. He has also worked at ABA Research – now renamed Kokoro – in a number of director roles.
