INDIA — Media research company Millward Brown has appointed Surekha Poddar as MD for its Mumbai operation.
Poddar replaces Muder Chiba, who has left the company, and joins having been a consultant and executive coach. Previously she was an executive director, client service – customised research for Nielsen and will report to managing director, South Asia, Prasun Basu.
Basu said: “[Poddar’s] extensive experience will provide our clients and employees with a partner and trusted advisor who truly understands the important role research plays in building strong brands and making a meaningful impact in driving business forward.”
