UK – Data, insight and analytics company Mesh Experience has appointed Mark Thompson as experience director.
Based in London, Thompson will focus on customer experience and opportunities emerging from the company’s vertical study on retail banking, highlighting areas where banks and building societies can build customer relationships.
He joins the company from Kantar Millward Brown, where he was a client director within the company’s media and digital practice, focusing on campaign effectiveness research.
