MediaSense co-founder becomes non-exec director
Brown, who has been executive chair since December 2024, will continue to contribute to the company’s long-term vision, with management responsibilities remaining under the leadership of chief executive Jamie Posnanski.
Brown co-founded MediaSense in 2009 with Andy Pearch and was chief executive until last year, with Posnanski succeeding him.
The move follows MediaSense’s acquisitions of PwC’s media advisory team and marketing consultancy R3 in 2024.
Brown said: “Transitioning into non-executive director is a natural step for me at this stage. The team has led the successful integrations of two acquisitions, and the company now has a fully integrated offering, with an end-to-end suite of capabilities that will serve the needs of marketers.
Chief executive Jamie Posnanski said: “Graham’s commitment to the business – and our industry as a whole – has been integral to the foundation of what MediaSense is today. I look forward to our continued work together in his role as a trusted advisor and strategic voice on the board, while our executive leadership team drive the company through its next phase of growth.”
Dan Adler, partner at Apiary Capital, said: “Graham founded and built a very successful business in which Apiary continues to be a proud investor. We want to thank him for his excellent leadership as executive chairman. We both share commitment to the group and the belief in a strong governance framework.”
