MediaCom acquires majority stake in Code
UK – WPP-owned global media network MediaCom has bought a majority stake in Manchester-based user experience studio, Code Computerlove.
Founded in 1999, Code employs about 80 people and creates and develops digital products and campaigns. Its revenue for the year ended 31 December 2015 was £5.9 million, with gross assets of £2.6m.
Its clients include Hillarys, Brother and Amnesty International.
