McorpCX hires CTO

US – Customer and employee experience consultancy McorpCX has appointed Chirag Gandhi as its first chief technology officer.

Gandhi (pictured) will lead McorpCX’s digital solutions business and will help expand its technical capabilities, with a focus on organisational transformation from digitally-enabled insights.

Gandhi was most recently chief architect and head of planning and innovation at Grupo Salinas, where he led on digital transformation in customer experience, cloud technology, architecture and agile.

Prior to his role at Grupo Salinas, Gandhi was chief technology officer at Mphasis.

Michael Hinshaw, founder and president at McorpCX, said: “The role of chief technology officer is a new one for McorpCX, motivated by the ever-increasing importance of technology and technology-enabled services at driving the customer experience-focused differentiation our clients aspire to.
