Market Strategies International-Morpace relaunches as Escalent

US – Market research company Market Strategies International-Morpace has rebranded to Escalent as it looks to focus on human behaviour and analytics.

The relaunch follows the 2018 merger of Market Strategies International and Morpace after they were acquired by private equity group STG Partners.

The name Escalent is derived from the word ‘escalate’, to reflect the idea of growth, the company said.

Headquartered in Michigan, the company employs 400 staff in 12 offices globally.

Melissa Sauter, chief executive, Escalent, said: “Escalent helps clients navigate changes by gathering and providing insights into human behaviour to build brands, enhance customer experiences and develop winning products.”

With the two companies now integrated, Escalent will focus on insights for clients within industries facing disruption.

J.T. Treadwell, managing director, STG Partners, added: “Escalent has developed robust capabilities over 40 years of partnerships with leading global brands in the automotive, consumer and retail, energy, financial services, health, technology and telecommunications industries.”
