Escalent makes senior team changes

US – Human behaviour and analytics firm Escalent has appointed or promoted six vice-presidents, including Liz Wagner as vice-president, financial services.

Wagner (pictured), who is based in Portland, US, will be the health insurance lead for Escalent’s financial services division and will lead major research programmes for the company.

Prior to taking up her new role, Wagner, who has been at Escalent for eight years, held roles including analyst, supervisor and moderator primarily in the firm’s health insurance and delivery systems team.

Escalent has also named tow vice-presidents, energy. KC Boyce, who is based in Atlanta, US, will lead the development and delivery of Escalent’s cogent syndicated energy studies.

Boyce has been at Escalent since 2016, and previously worked for firms such as Chartwell and Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative.

Pam Cooper has also been made vice-president, energy, and will be the firm’s Qualtrics partnership manager. She was previously senior director, energy, and has worked at the company for almost 10 years.

Matt Benard has been made vice-president, compliance and privacy, and will oversee Escalent’s information security and regulatory standards compliance. He has worked for Escalent since 2016, most recently as chief privacy officer.

Escalent has also hired Rick Naff as vice-president, technology and consumer and retail. Naff was previously at Toluna, and has also held roles at MetrixLab, M/A/R/C and Q&A Research.
