Senior changes at Escalent

US – Behaviour and analytics company Escalent has promoted Paul Hartley to executive vice-president of sales and appointed Dyna Boen as managing director for consumer, tech and telecom.

Hartley has worked at Escalent for eight years, most recently as managing director of the company’s consumer, tech and telecom divisions.

In his new role, he will be responsible for sales effectiveness for the organisation, working across industry practices and product areas.

Boen, who has been consulting with Escalent for the past four months, has been appointed to succeed Hartley in the managing director role.

Boen previously served on the executive teams of various startups, including two she co-founded, UBMobile and TrueSample.

Melissa Sauter, chief executive of Escalent, said: “Paul and Dyna excel at building, leading, motivating and mentoring top performing teams. Each has an impressive track record and passion for providing excellent client service and organisational growth.”
