Market Probe signs up research partners in developing markets

US— Market Probe has established strategic partnerships with companies in Mexico, Poland, Russia and Argentia as part of a push to introduce its customer advocacy research services in developing markets.

The four partners are Masmi in Russia, 4P Research Mix in Poland, Pearson Research in Mexico and Kite Lab in Argentina.

Market Probe CEO TR Rao said: “Working with local firms helps bridge cultural differences for more effective research. Staff in each country will provide project support and client servicing. Market Probe will provide analysis and consulting services. We will bring our brand of research to these firms, with local pricing and local sensitivities.”

The company also has boots on the ground in North America, the UK, a number of key European markets and Dubai, India, Singapore and China.

Anticipating an improvement in the global economy, Market Probe has added to its leadership team.

Key hires include Judith Ricker, who joins as executive vice president of brand research and consulting, having previously worked for Harris Interactive.

Don Ryan joins the technology practice as vice president from TNS, while Anu Bhalla becomes vice president of customer advocacy marketing, fresh from marketing and business development roles at Angus Reid Group, Ronin, Advanis and Angus Reid Strategies/Vision Critical.

Finally, Yvette Wikstrom, director of strategy at KS&R, is appointed vice president and advocacy marketing consultant.
