Lumivero acquires Risk Decisions
The acquisition will help to strengthen Lumivero’s integrated risk-management tools, with Risk Decisions’ risk management platform Predict! combined with Lumivero’s @RISK tool.
Lumivero is based in Denver, US, and provides data-intelligence software that aims to support research and decision-making.
Gareth Morrison, chief executive officer at Lumivero, said: “We are excited to deliver to our customers expanded capabilities that will allow users to manage risks proactively and achieve better outcomes.
