LiveVox acquires SpeechIQ
SpeechIQ’s speech recognition technology is used to transcribe and analyse customer contact centre call recordings. Users of the technology can also redact calls, search by keywords and evaluate call sentiment. The company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
The addition of SpeechIQ will bolster LiveVox’s ability to measure and monitor customer conversations as well as improving compliance, as its speech analytics service will now be integrated. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The deal follows LiveVox’s acquisition of mobile messaging firm Teckst, announced in December 2019.
