Livefyre acquires Realtidbits

Livefyre, which “helps companies engage consumers through a combination of real-time conversation, social curation and social advertising”, only recently acquired the curation tool Storify.

Realtidbits is a social application provider (with real-time applications including comments, forums and pinboard and image galleries) which also tracks real-time engagement, including replies, likes, social sharing and custom metrics.

Current users of Realtidbits products will be migrated to Livefyre and Realtidbits employees will join the Livefyre team. Livefyre also plan to open a San Diego office.
