Leger said that as chief insights officer, Sébastien Dallaire would be tasked with supporting the company’s work in insight, including the adoption of research best practices.

Before taking up his new role, Dallaire was executive vice-president at the company, having joined in 2024.

Sarah Mottet has been appointed chief transformation officer, tasked with leading Leger’s technology transformation work, including the integration of AI.

Mottet has worked at Leger in two spells since October 2017, most recently as vice-president, transformation and AI.

Dave Scholz, chief operating officer at Leger, sees his responsibilities expanded to include human resources and finance.

In addition, Sandie Sparkman, chief growth officer at Leger, has also gained an expanded mandate including communications, marketing and specialised research.

Jean-Marc Léger, chief executive at Leger, said: “Our new leadership structure will allow us to better leverage the expertise of our 325 professionals across 24 teams, fully integrating our AI innovations into the way we work.”
