UK— Global marketing and technology agency LBi has appointed Michele Chang-McGrath as head of research. She will lead the existing research team developing a new proposition to help build business value for clients.
She joins from innovation and strategy consultancy ReD Associates in Denmark, where she developed consumer insight and market analysis for clients including Lego, Adidas, Sony and Intel.
Her first task at LBi will be to kick off a series of research projects focusing on understanding emerging digital behaviour in mobile, ecommerce and online content.
LBi’s UK CEO Anil Pillai said: “We are delighted to be welcoming Michele into the LBi family. Her experience will help us become even better at understanding the desires and motivations of today’s tech-savvy consumers so we can help our clients realise their digital ambitions.”
