Kwik Fit picks SPSS for customer retention

UK— Kwik Fit Insurance has chosen SPSS’s predictive analytics software tool PASW Statistics to analyse and understand customer motivations when buying motor insurance.

The software will be used to help Kwik Fit develop its policy renewal strategy as it looks to improve customer retention rates.

Stephen Robertson, group pricing director at Kwik Fit Insurance, said would provide “a clear and simple way of looking at customer groups, enabling us to develop different approaches for targeting these groups and ensuring the optimum customer retention strategy”.
