Konovo hires compliance and privacy chief

US – Healthcare intelligence company Konovo has appointed Jessica Santos as chief compliance and privacy officer.

Santos (pictured) was previously global compliance and quality director and data protection officer at Oracle Life Sciences, where she led regulation, ethics and compliance initiatives.

Before joining Oracle, Santos held compliance leadership roles at Cerner, Kantar Health, Sermo and TNS, as well as serving as an associate professor at the University of Cambridge.

Konovo said that the firm would benefit from Santos’ experience overseeing regulatory, ethical and compliance frameworks in clinical research, real world research, health economics outcomes research and market research.

Konovo is a global healthcare intelligence company with teams in five countries, headquartered in Pocatello, Idaho, US.
