UK — Kantar Public, Kantar’s new government and public sector offer, is establishing an academy for clients to explore best practice in behaviour change programmes.
The Kantar Behaviour Change Academy will launch in Sydney, Australia in early 2017, followed by Amsterdam, the Netherlands, in the spring. The academy will be led by Kathy O'Donoghue, executive director of Kantar Public Australia.
The academy will give clients from the public and commercial sectors the opportunity to attend short residential courses to explore current best practice in citizen behaviour change programmes from around the world.
“Across the world, governments are drawing on behavioural insight techniques to deal with their toughest public policy challenges – from public health, to democratic engagement, to community resilience and environmental challenges," said Dr Michelle Harrison, global CEO of Kantar Public.
"Kathy is the veteran of some of the most important behaviour change campaigns of recent times in Australia, including the work last year on the outstanding domestic violence campaign for the Australian Government. We are delighted that she is now taking on a global role for Kantar Public and that we will be able to work in partnership with our clients to define and deliver global best practice.’
