Kantar names COO and chief HR officer
Brooks, most recently chief operations officer of Kantar’s Insights division, joined the company in 2004 as global operations director for Kantar Worldpanel. Prior to Kantar, Brooks spent 10 years at IRI in various commercial and operational roles.
Carter was appointed as global head of recruiting in 2010 and has been chief HR officer for Kantar Media since 2015. Before joining Kantar, he held leadership roles at PwC.
Both Brooks and Carter will also join the Kantar board.
