BRAZIL — JWT has acquired a majority stake in Try, a Brazilian user experience agency.
Try, which designs and develops custom web, mobile, desktop and touch-enabled applications, was founded in 2003 and is based in São Paulo. Its clients include Itaú Bank, Porto Seguro, Electrolux, Havaianas and Kate Spade.
Try’s unaudited revenues for the year ended December 2013 were approximately R$2.5 million. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
