US – Consumer insights and data analytics firm, JD Power has announced a global alliance with customer journey data analytics platform, ClickFox.
The partnership will combine JD Power’s expertise in consumer research, data analytics and customer experience with ClickFox’s customer journey analytics platform which analyses billions of cross-channel journey interactions at financial services, energy, retail, healthcare and insurance companies.
Bernardo Rodriguez, chief digital officer at JD Power, said: "This alliance allows us to drill into the next level of detail across omnichannel interactions to identify moments where we can lift the customer experience."
Marco Pacelli, chief executive officer at ClickFox, added: "Our daily consumer experiences can be translated into journeys, and this alliance ensures that journeys of the future will deliver the best experience for all types of human interactions."
