PAKISTAN— Ipsos has launched a full service office in Pakistan to be led by Abdul Sattar Babar.
The firm said that many of its multinational clients already operate in the country and have “increasing market research and consultancy needs” which the company hopes to address.
Sattar Babar was previously country head for Pakistan at MEMRB and has worked on the agencyside with Synovate and Aftab Associates and on the clientside with British American Tobacco.
Edouard Monin, Ipsos’ CEO for the MENA region, said: “This new company will allow Ipsos teams to better serve their local and global clients. It will reinforce Ipsos’s presence in the region with numerous multinational clients being headquartered in Dubai and requesting more and more research in Pakistan.”
