DUBAI— Broadcaster Al Jazeera Sports has signed Ipsos MediaCT to conduct day after recall tests with football fans in the Middle East over the course of the World Cup and next season’s UEFA Champions’ League.
Ipsos will conduct interviews with a random sample of viewers in the UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Iran after games in each of the tournaments
The firm will conduct around 100 interviews per day in each country and results will be delivered back to Al Jazeera within two days of every match.
Overall, Ipsos will conduct 42 day after recall services over the course of each tournament for the broadcaster, which holds the rights to screen the matches across a range of Middle Eastern countries.
Further details on the project could not be confirmed at the time of going to press.
