US— Ken Peterson has been promoted to the newly created role of chief operating officer at Ipsos Loyalty in the US where he will be responsible for streamlining costs and exploring new technologies.
Peterson (pictured) has been with the firm for 12 years, and most recently served as senior vice president. Before joining the firm he had a spell as vice president at Marketing Metrics.
During his time at Ipsos he has worked on customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement, operations consulting and global health management.
Earlier in his career he spent time working in the retail operations and distribution divisions at the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company.
Ipsos Loyalty president Matt McNerney said: “Ken Peterson is an exceptional researcher with outstanding insight and knowledge into the business of loyalty research. As COO, Ken’s task is to help improve efficiency, gain an edge in client relationships and link our internal operations and technology teams. Ken has proven himself as an accomplished leader in all these areas. No doubt, he will continue to succeed as COO for Ipsos Loyalty in the US.”
