Ipsos launches product testing platform in 11 countries

The AI-native platform uses consumer videos, observational methodologies, multi-modal AI, AI agents and smart labelling technology to understand product usage to support the product development cycle.
Tools in the platform include an early insights dashboard, synthetic data augmentation, discrimination techniques to understand nuances in consumer experiences, and meta-analyses to understand market and demographic shifts.
Product Studio is available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the UK and the US, with further global expansion expected later this year.
Dr Nikolai Reynolds, global head of product testing at Ipsos, said: “The context in which consumers engage with products has fundamentally changed – product testing must evolve with it.”
