SINGAPORE— Ipsos has named David Lansanah as global managing director of MarketQuest, the product research and development division it acquired with the takeover of Synovate last year.
Lansanah previously led the MarketQuest business in Asia Pacific and has been part of the MarketQuest senior leadership team since 2004. Before Synovate he worked for RoperASW and AcuPoll Research.
With MarketQuest now part of the Ipsos InnoQuest innovation and forecasting practice, Lansanah will report to global InnoQuest CEO Lauren Demar.
His appointment follows news yesterday that former MarketQuest CEO Mary Beth Lake and chief research officer Paul Holtzman had joined marketing and sensory research agency P&K Research.
