US — Former founding partner and head of Brand at Millward Brown Vermeer, Oscar Yuan, has been appointed president of Ipsos Strategy3, Ipsos’ advisory services unit.
Yuan (pictured) has been tasked with expanding the Ipsos Strategy 3 team and broadening the service offering in consumer understanding, innovation and brand strategy.
Prior to Millward Brown Vermeer, Yuan held management consultancy and planning roles at TBWA and Interbrand.
