Ipsos Healthcare appoints ex-IMS man Twinberrow to new syndicated role

CHINA— David Twinberrow has been appointed head of syndicated services for Asia Pacific at Ipsos Healthcare, a newly created role at the company.

Twinberrow (pictured) joins from IMS where he was VP of strategy and market development for China.

He will lead the expansion of Therapy Monitor, a tool that tracks drug treatments and disease-specific patient chart review studies in more than 20 disease areas and 31 markets, across Asia Pacific.

He will be based in Ipsos Healthcare’s Shanghai offices and report into Rhoda Schmuecking, global president of Therapy Monitors and Jackie Ilacqua, president of the oncology portfolio at Ipsos Healthcare.
