Ipsos creates global market measurement business

FRANCE — Ipsos has restructured its business to bring its retail measurement activities into one unit, Ipsos Market Measurement, which will be managed globally.

The unit will invest in new tools and methods to help it partner with clients in developing and tracking sales and purchase effectiveness.

Vural Çakir has been appointed chief strategy officer, and will be responsible for setting up this initiative, working together with Renan Burduroglu, CEO of Ipsos Market Measurement. Shane Farrell, CEO of EMEA, will be the global head of the unit.
