Informate announces new CEO
Informate Mobile Intelligence is a mobile measurement firm that tracks consumer use and consumption of content, advertising and in-app activity on smartphones and tablets. Hodgman previously launched a digital advertising tracking technology company called AdRelevance which he sold to MediaMetrix in 1999. He also co-founded and launched a mobile measurement company called M:Metrics which he sold to comScore in 2008.
Alongside Hodgman’s hire, the firm has also announced plans to make Seattle its new global headquarters, where it will grow and expand its executive, sales and client teams in 2015.
“Over the past six years we’ve built a profitable, high-growth business in Asia and are now in a position to aggressively go after the US market and expand globally,” said Informate founder and president Kedar Sohoni. “Will has the industry experience, leadership and contacts that can help ensure our success.”
