IRELAND— Manufacturing and energy industry market research agency Industrial Info Resources is to open a European operations centre in Galway.
The firm will create 50 research, sales, administration and management jobs over the next five years through the new centre, which will develop subscription-based market intelligence databases on European markets.
Ed Lewis, the firm’s president, said: “Galway is an ideal location to grow our services to better service our customers throughout Europe. We are confident that the skills we require are readily available in Ireland for the long-term success of our European operations.”
The Texas-based firm already has operations in Australia and Argentina to serve the Asia Pacific and Latin American markets.
