Illuminas hires Coffin to lead new healthcare practice

UK— Illuminas has appointed Dan Coffin to lead its new global healthcare practice from the firm’s London office.

Coffin (pictured) previously headed the pharmaceuticals division at Holden Pearmain and over the course of his career has served as healthcare director at Hall & Partners, senior executive at Isis Research, marketing executive at Lifescan and senior analyst at Roche Pharmaceuticals.

The new healthcare team will work with clients to ensure that research is acted upon and helps drive better business decisions.

Illuminas CEO John Connaughton said: “Dan fits perfectly with the Illuminas philosophy of offering bespoke, method-neutral solutions to solve complex business problems.”
