IFF promotes 24 staff after rapid growth

UK – Independent social and market research agency IFF Research has promoted 20% of its 120-strong team following a record year, amassing 18% revenue growth.

The 24 promotions feature people across the business, including seven team members promoted to associate director, as well as five employees promoted to director, resulting in a strengthened senior team.

Senior promotions include Jessica Huntley Hewitt and Aoife Ni Luanaigh (pictured) to research directors, Gill Stewart to learning & development director, Hannah Dunn to people director and Sara Fernie-Jones to marketing director. 

Speaking about the promotions, managing director Jan Shury commented: “We’ve enjoyed great success at IFF in recent years, which is largely the result of our amazing team.

“Creating an environment where our people can develop and grow with us is at the heart of the culture at IFF, so we’re thrilled to be able to recognise the growth of so many of our team this year through promotions.”

The company, which was listed as the fourth=fastest growing agency in the Market Research Society league tables last year, reported revenues of £14.9m for 2021/22.
