IFF Research expands team
Wilburn was previously head of insight at Voluntas, the housing specialist IFF Research acquired in March 2019. Her focus is on supporting social housing clients to measure tenant satisfaction.
Among its other appointments is Kelsey Beninger, who has joined the IFF team from Kantar, and Sarah Coburn who has been promoted to associate director. Sarah has been with the team since 2012 when she joined as a trainee research executive.
In addition Hannah Dunn has been hired associate director, working as a people manager for the team supporting the company’s growing remote-working interviewer network.
Jan Shury, managing director at IFF Research, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Katy, Kelsey and Hannah to the team. Katy and Kelsey bring extensive research experience and sector expertise, adding strength to our research team.
