IFF launches health segment
The company said among the areas that the health & wellbeing sector would work included patient satisfaction through tracking surveys and health and lifestyle studies to more niche studies involving hard to reach audiences and handling very sensitive topics (such as awareness of the dangers of Hepatitis C among at risk groups).
IFF added: “Our expertise has informed projects ranging from research among teenage girls and their mothers on the HPV vaccination programme to recently assessing the attitudes of chief executives of NHS Trusts towards complaints for the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.”
